Frances Ma brings 20 years of experience in public relations and corporate communications, with expertise spanning reputation management, public affairs, brand promotion, ESG communications, internal engagement, and crisis management.
Prior to joining We. Red Bridge, she headed BCW’s Corporate Communications and Public Affairs team in Shanghai. In this role, she advised clients in various sectors, including technology, new energy, food and beverage, consumer goods, luxury, healthcare, education, automotive and professional services, helping them to strengthen their brand reputation, expand their market influence, and manage risks and crises effectively. Earlier in her career, Frances held positions at leading PR firms such as Ketchum and Edelman, where she focused on corporate communications and marketing promotions for domestic and international clients alike, building up extensive networks and in-depth industry knowledge.
Frances also served as Head of Corporate Communications and a member of the crisis management team at a Hong Kong–listed company, where she built the group’s PR function and launched its communications strategy in mainland China. This blend of agency and in-house experience equips Frances with a unique edge that she now brings to We. Red Bridge.
