Before joining We. Red Bridge as Business Director, Julia Bian worked for ten years at WPP agencies Ogilvy and JWT, where she developed a comprehensive brand servicing approach aimed at providing creative solutions to clients. She also managed account teams at the creative agency McGarry Bowen, leveraging her digital expertise in brand engagement.

As a communication professional, Julia brings extensive brand building experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, sports, beauty, healthcare, and FMCG. With her strong account leadership and know-how in digital and social communications, she delivers business solutions tailored to brand life cycles and helps clients achieve strong growth performance.

Julia has served clients including InterContinental Hotels Group, leading the brand repositioning and 360 campaigns of its six brands—Intercontinental, Indigo, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and HUALUXE—for heightened growth in the local market. She also contributed to the brand positioning and naming of “Ur Cove” by Hyatt and worked with Marriott on the Fairfield China launch as well as on Courtyard’s China brand campaign.

In addition to clients in travel and hospitality, Julia has worked with brands such as Quaker Oats (Pepsi), Friso, Zespri, IKEA, Shell Helix and Shell Rimula, Alibaba, Tencent, TikTok, American Express, Bayer Healthcare, Sprite, Fanta, Pizza Hut, Anta Sports, and adidas Sports Performance (running, outdoor basketball, football, women sports).
