Designer – Shanghai


  • Work closely with the Creative team to execute its strategy for projects by creating viable design concepts.
  • Support and take ownership of all aspects of design and production for your team’s projects, focusing on innovation and quality.
  • Develop creative projects from start to finish, including digital design, brand communications, video storyboards, presentation materials, internal and event/sponsorship marketing materials and email marketing.
  • Communicate with client servicing team and ensure that expectations, delivery and quality of projects are met.
  • Determine appropriate web architecture and other technical solutions; and make relevant recommendations.
  • Understand and work within project parameters such as client goals and requirements, internal goals, usability, technical constraints, budget and schedule.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve the agency’s design work.
  • Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share insights.


  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of website delivery, from wireframe to hosting.
  • Knowledge of video production and editing on Final Cut Pro (desired).
